• Provide quotations and arrange fittings or collections
• Complete and manage your alterations
• Contact you about your order
• Maintain appropriate business, payment and accounting records
• Respond to questions, concerns or complaints

We normally process your information because it is necessary to provide the service you have requested, meet our legal obligations or pursue our legitimate business interests.

We will not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers where necessary, including payment, accounting, website, messaging and IT providers, or where required by law.

Garment photographs will only be used to assess, quote for or record work unless you separately agree that we may use them for advertising or social media. We will not publish identifiable photographs of you without permission.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary. Business and transaction records may be retained for up to six years for accounting, insurance and legal purposes. Unsuccessful enquiries and associated garment photographs will normally be deleted after 12 months.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses of it. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
